Was the company sold or acquired?

Does anything change with my prescription, medication, or shipments?

No. Your treatment plan, prescription, dosing, and shipments continue exactly as before, managed by Care Validate as always.

Will my price change?

No. Your price stays the same — one honest price that doesn’t change as your dose does. That was our promise before the name change, and it’s our promise after.

Will the charge on my credit card statement change?

No. Charges appear on your statement as Care Validate today, and they will continue to appear as Care Validate.

Do I need to create a new account or do anything?

No. Your account, login, and history carry over automatically. There’s nothing you need to do.

I got an email from “Raeliva” — is it legitimate?
