Once you begin a consultation, the intake form, telehealth visit, prescription, and billing are operated by our partner, Care Validate Inc., who handles those steps on this domain. - Telehealth platform — OnlineSemaglutide.org is operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC (San Diego, CA). The platform handles intake, scheduling, and patient communication. It is not a pharmacy and does not prescribe or dispense medication on its own.
- Medical services are provided by Care Validate’s affiliated medical practice and its network of U.S.-licensed clinicians. Your prescribing clinician is responsible for evaluating your intake and determining whether a prescription is appropriate. The medical-practice entity that employs or contracts with your clinician is identified to you during the intake flow.
- Intake, scheduling, telehealth, prescription routing, and billing run on CareGLP, the SOC 2-compliant patient-management platform operated by Care Validate Inc. This is the portion of the experience that begins when you click “Get Started” or begin a consultation.
- Prescription fulfillment is handled by independently licensed 503A compounding pharmacies in our network: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, and Casa Pharma Rx. Each pharmacy operates under its own state licensure and prepares medication on a patient-specific basis when a prescription is appropriate.
